Project Management for Engineers
How many of your projects come in on time and under budget? Increasingly, engineers are being called on to lead project teams made up of interdisciplinary groups. This course will show you how to be an effective leader by describing ways to scope activities and monitor the progress of projects.

Human Factors in Project Management
